Stars aligning

Finally!

The semester is over. I managed a 3.0 gpa which I honestly didn't see as a possibility. It feels great to have a REAL day off. No commitments, no deadlines looming. Though that cannot last forever; summer semester starts on June 6th. I am close to graduating from LCCC. Its embarrasing how long this portion has taken me but I am thankful for the mistakes and difficulties I have encountered because I have learned alot from them. (Thank you again B for pointing that out!)

I look forward to getting into my education classes and maybe even becoming a teacher one day. I also look forward to becoming an "adult". The career I want, a house, family. Finally I have met someone (eventhough we've known each other for 6 years) who wants the same and is my partner in crime. More on him later.

Everything is falling into place, going smoothly, and I am truly happy. Its a great feeling that I haven't had in a long, long time.

The feeling of completion can be almost overwhelming, can't it? Enjoy it while it lasts. Every time it happens. I'm looking forward to it as well come June 8th. You'll probably hear the big sigh.

You know, I will have an itty bitty sigh on June 4th at my baby sister's commencement. You may see me in the stands at the football stadium. I'm sure I will hear your sigh on the 8th.
